In 2003 PAIHN provided transitional shelter services to 24 homeless families with children. Of the 85 people served 29 were adults and 56 were children; 37 were Caucasian, 35 Latino, 12 African Americans and 1 Asian.
67 graduated guests received additional support through PAIHN's Life Line program. The Life Line program of PAIHN provides support services to families after they have moved to independent, self-sufficient living for at least six months.
During the year the PAIHN staff referred more than 1000 families and individuals to other social service agencies.
